A member of the famed Kennedy family, Tatiana Schlossberg, succumbed on Tuesday following a recent revelation of a uncommon leukemia diagnosis.

News of her death was announced in a social media post from the Kennedy Presidential Library.
“Tatiana passed away this morning. She will always be in our hearts.”

In a recently published piece late last year, Schlossberg revealed that she had been found to have AML, a form of leukemia with a rare mutation.
This condition is a cancer that originates in the blood and bone marrow.
